We get it, sometimes they’re a little too tight, and they show off a few unseemly bulges and folds, but don’t you realize how comfortable they are?
This is the age of “namaste,” so when Montana lawmaker, Republican David Moore, proposed a bill to tighten clothing restrictions, we felt a little less than Zen-like. The bill, according to The Billing’s Gazette, would clamp down on garments that give “the appearance of a person’s buttocks, genitals, and pelvic area.” The movement is in reaction to an incident in which nude cyclists rode through the town of Missoula, MT. “Yoga pants should be illegal in public anyway,” says Moore.
Be careful next time you walk by a Lululemon, Mr. Moore; those yogis will come after you.
