Well, the great news is that if you are reading this, you are already halfway there because we all know the hardest part of any weight loss journey is simply getting started. I’ll be really honest: over the years I have tried every diet, pill, quick fix under the sun… seriously, I feel like I’m a diet plan guru by this point. It wasn’t until four years ago when I stepped on The Biggest Loser ranch that I began to learn that what I was searching for was a lot bigger than what a band-aid could fix.
