I am conflicted. I am so excited and amazed by this method of making the best loaded baked potato ever. Yet I’m furious I didn’t think of it earlier. Not only does it cut your cooking time by way less, it imparts flavor through out the potato instead of just on top. I’m running to the grocery store after work and making three of these to eat for dinner for myself.
The trick here is not make you slices go all the way through so it holds together at the bottom. Also try to make your slices the same width so it cooks evenly. After that your only limit is your delicious imagination. I’m thinking a dessert potato. What do you think?
