St. Patrick’s Day is here! For some it means binge drinking, but for me it means edible green treats! Green is my favorite color AND my favorite dessert combo is chocolate and mint. Furthermore, it’s Girl Scout Cookie time! What do you make with them? Milkshakes!
Who isn’t a fan of Thin Mints? Missed your opportunity to nab some? Not to worry, you can use mint Oreos in this delicious milkshake recipe. We found some Thin Mints on Amazon too if you’re really craving them! Want to adult it up? Add some Bailey’s!
This milkshake will bring all the boys to the yard!

St. Paddy's Day Thin Mint Milkshake
1Put 4 cups of ice cream, ½ cup chocolate syrup, half cup milk and as many Thin Mints as you’d like (we used 4) into a blender. Mix well until blended.
2Prep milkshake cup by adding some chocolate syrup along the sides by swirling the cup. Pour in milkshake.
3Make a brownie rim around the glass by pressing a dense brownie around the edges.
4Add whipped cream, a brownie slice, crumbled brownie bites, chocolate syrup and any other toppings you’d like.
5You can make a Thin Mint cookie straw by cutting holes in the middle of the cookies with scissors or a chopstick. Place a mini marshmallow between each cookie along the straw. Enjoy!
