Peanut butter & jelly bombs, kid! We took your favorite childhood sandwich (sorry, bologna) and made it amazing by deep frying it.
Think of them as lunch donuts! Sweet, salty, nutty and doughy. Fried up to golden brown and delicious.
This recipe is incredibly easy and you can even get your kids to help you assemble the peanut butter & jelly bombs. Send them back to school with something they can brag about to other kids. Or just eat them all yourself. This easy snack recipe is your new guilty pleasure!

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place individual rounded tablespoons of peanut butter. Add small scoops of grape jelly to some of the peanut butter scoops.
2Place it into the freezer and leave until frozen.
3While the peanut butter and jelly balls are freezing, roll out the dough and cut out as many 2″ circles as you can.
4Place one frozen PB&J ball into the center of a dough and wrap up. Make sure to pinch the seams so the filling doesn't leak out.
5Place the wrapped PB&J balls back onto the baking sheet and put them back into the freezer until your oil is heated.
6Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Gently place a few balls in at a time and fry until golden brown, about five minutes. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
