Taking your favorite childhood sandwich and making it even better by deep frying it.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place individual rounded tablespoons of peanut butter. Add small scoops of grape jelly to some of the peanut butter scoops.

Place it into the freezer and leave until frozen.

While the peanut butter and jelly balls are freezing, roll out the dough and cut out as many 2″ circles as you can.

Place one frozen PB&J ball into the center of a dough and wrap up. Make sure to pinch the seams so the filling doesn't leak out.

Place the wrapped PB&J balls back onto the baking sheet and put them back into the freezer until your oil is heated.

Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Gently place a few balls in at a time and fry until golden brown, about five minutes. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
