Oreo Whoopie Pies aka Oreo Pancakes
In a food processor combine Oreos, egg, milk and baking powder. (Note: you can also use a pre-made batter and add Oreos. It's suggested to double or triple the Oreos used in that case.)
Heat oil in a pan and pour in batter. When tiny bubbles form flip.
Place a dollop of Cool Whip filling between 2 pancakes.
Optional: Make a syrup for the pancakes with Oreo fillings by scraping the fillings from 10 Oreos, microwaving in a bowl for 20 seconds and pouring over the top. Grind the remaining Oreo cookies and dust the top with the crumbs.
