1Slice the peppers in half and remove the seeds

2In the food processor combine the cream cheese, half the mozzarella and cheddar, and the queso. Pulse it until it's blended but not too liquid-y.

3Fill each halved pepper with the mixture and, top them with the remaining shredded mozzarella and place on the skillet.

4Bake at 435 degrees until they’re golden brown
