1Combine garlic, butter and oregano.

2Lay out the dough sheets and brush on the butter mixture onto one of the sheets. Add a single layer of the sliced mozzarella

3Place the top dough sheet onto the cheese, and gently roll it with the rolling pin just to stick them together.

4Now, cut out your pies.

5Use a fork to pretty up those edges, and make sure they stay put.

6Fry them up one at a time in the hot (350 degree) oil, until they’re evenly golden.
