Okay, so say the barista gave you soy instead of almond milk in your cappuccino, you had to wait an extra 10 minutes for your train to arrive, and then – can you believe it? – you forgot your headphones at home. So there’s no way you can enjoy your walk from the subway to work now. You know what that means? You’re skipping your workout for the day and, instead, you’re going to enjoy a happy hour martini and a night of Orange is the New Black.

We get it, life is tough!

But let’s look at this:

That’s Todd Love, a veteran that lost both legs and part of his arm when he stepped on a pressure plate while on foot patrol in Afghanistan. After returning from the Middle East, he’s continued to stay active: surfing, sky-diving, snow-boarding and more.
