A standard 12-ounce lager contains 1 gram of fiber, with dark beers containing just a little over that. That 12-ounce beer also happens to contain more calcium, magnesium, and selenium than a serving of wine.
Oh, and even crazier, the yeast, hops, and grains that make beer… beer, contain B vitamins and even potassium.
