What can I say about breakups that hasn’t been described before in countless ways? Almost all of us have felt that intense pain of rejection, the self-doubt, the self-pity, the loneliness. Being dumped is one of the worst feelings in the world and there’s no easy quick fix to mend you heart. Your life is turn apart and, for most of us, we head into a downward spiral of casual flings, overeating and/or compulsive drinking. Even though we know these things are self-destructive, they help us keep our mind off our pain. But what if there was a healthier way to channel all those emotions that would benefit you inside and out?
