I’m the first to admit it: I’m a total couch potato. I barely get any exercise and I do feel bad about it, and I find comfort in knowing it’s never too late to start to get fit. But this 78-year-old grandma is proof that physical fitness can be achieved at any age. Meet Shirley Webb. From watching her lift these weights, you’d think she was fit her entire life, but most exercise she got for years was from only mowing the lawn.
