Everybody knows Miley Cyrus, right?
She’s the pop star whose life can basically be interpreted through the length of her hair: She started out as goodie-two-shoes Disney Channel Hannah Montana Legend with long hair and a wholesome, Tennessee-grown vibe. In 2012, she cut off a bunch of her hair and donned a more mature persona, while her music got a little edgier (“I Can’t Be Tamed”). It was during this period that Cyrus and hunky Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth began a romance on the set of The Last Song that led to a fleeting engagement.
However, in 2013 the two broke off their engagement, and Cyrus entered the third phase of her hair saga: she completely shed her envy-enducing auburn locks, bleached the crap out of her hair, and kissed goodbye to her Disney days with a new hippie-meets-millenial-party-girl persona and a whole lot of twerking.
Since the most recent rebirth of Miley Cyrus, she’s had some of the biggest wins of her career — with “We Can’t Stop” and “Wrecking Ball” both coming off the Bangerz album. But underneath all that colorful twerking and tongue-waving and controversy, there was a girl who had her heart broken and was still trying to heal — as some softer tracks off Bangerz like “My Darlin'” indicate.
But in the last week, there have been a lot of not-so-subtle indications that Miley and her fine former-fiancee Liam Hemsworth might be patching things up – not the least of which is the fact that MILEY WAS PHOTOGRAPHED MOVING BOXES INTO LIAM HEMSWORTH’S MALIBU ABODE on Sunday, January 17.
ATTENTION! THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
