What sent the host over the edge?

The long-time America’s Got Talent host plans to leave the show after NBC execs considered firing him over his racial jokes during his stand-up comedy special on Showtime. What set Cannon off was the fact that they merely considered firing him in the first place over the joke.

Cannon, along with many other outspoken celebs, are utilizing their platforms and star-power to stand up against what he calls “white money,” that cares more about a bottom line than cultural advocacy.
