Kim K. has been adamant about losing all of the weight she gained during her pregnancy with her second child Saint West. So far, she’s lost 60 of the 72 pounds she gained. It’s no secret that she went on the Atkins Diet to drop those baby pounds. But we want to know what she ate specifically? Her nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, recently shared what the star eats everyday of the week.

The list may surprise you—it doesn’t look like your typical diet meal plan. I don’t know how you diet, but seeing a vanilla coffee frappé on the list makes me want to consider this whole dieting thing. But according to Heimowitz, when you’re doing Atkins, you don’t have to focus on low calories or little to no carbs. In fact, Atkins is all about high calories and net carbs (the outcome when you subtract fiber from your total carb count). Take a look for yourself.
