There seems to be never ending news about what foods are good for you and what’s bad. Fruit was once considered super healthy, but now you are supposed to avoid it because it’s high in sugar. Fad diets and the logic behind them will always come and go, but knowing how to eat “clean” is important regardless if you are trying to lose weight or not.
