“Ghosting” Has Been Added to the Dictionary Because Everything Is Bad

Congratulations, guys, love is dead

It should come as no surprise that the Merriam-Webster Dictionary is with it. I mean, their Twitter is lit, to say the least. Seriously, I don’t know what I would do without Merriam-Webster’s cultural commentary and daily linguistic facts. Whoever runs that Twitter is slaying it; I always thought it was a hip, young social media manager who is really good at their job. But it turns out that everyone at Merriam-Webster has their finger on the pulse of pop-culture and some really, really depressing words have been added to it’s pages for good.
