Since its founding in 1961, CoverGirl has been appointing female celebrities from all over the world to be spokeswomen for their brand. We’ve watched the company shatter societal norms before: like when they became the first major cosmetic company to sign a black model to an exclusive contract in 1992. Canadian Lana Ogilv paved the way for the mainly caucasian targeted company to branch out into other ethnically diverse markets.
Once again, CoverGirl is making history by appointing their first male CoverGirl spokesperson and it’s not hard to see why!
Easy, Breezy, Boytiful!
