Is there a person out there who doesn’t appreciate cheese? There are soooooo many cheeses to be experienced, it’s literally quite a dairy wonderland. Even eating cold or room temperature cheese is an exciting thing for your taste buds. But there’s nothing that compares to that ooey, gooey melted cheese, amirite?
The Swiss and French have been doing a type of cheese, raclette (a giant wheel of semi-hard cow’s milk cheese), for years. It is also cut in half and the exposed side is heated up and scraped off onto other foods like pickles, potatoes and meats. But really you put it on ANY FOOD!
Finally raclette is coming to the US! A restaurant in New York called Raclette NYC just opened up and it’s speciality is serving large amounts of this deliciousness.
