The sophisticated NYC menswear label Duckie Brown presented their spring/summer 2015 collection at Industria Superstudio in the Meatpacking District during New York Fashion Week.
The creators behind Duckie Brown are the English duo Steven Cox and Daniel Silver. When I asked Daniel about his new collection his answer was ‘It is simply odd’. That definitely set the mood for a very interesting interview.

‘Every look I would wear myself, which is very different from what we normally do’ said Steven Cox regarding the spring/summer collection.
Bucket hats, high-waisted pants and flowy oversize shirts definitely made the brand statements.
The variety of long shorts that were seen on the runway set the mood for the menswear trends of the season, loose shorts that end at or just below the knee.
The primary colors used in the collection were soft grays, whites and khakis with a couple of pale pink pieces and a pop of blue shiny glitter. Plaids and striped pieces completed the collection throwing a nice balance.
The dynamic duo have done it again..this time around creating a collection that is ready to fly straight off the hangers and into your closet.
