Low calorie

People always think vodka is the lowest calorie spirit, but gin contains just as little as you would expect. A serving of 80-proof gin is just 97 calories.

Digestion

Gin and soda is my go-to drink when my tummy isn’t feel so well. It contains digestive enzymes which help prevent bloating! Choosing soda over tonic water keeps the sugars down.

The great gin contains lots of herbs and spices like juniper, citrus peel, licorice root and coriander, just to name a few. All these powerhouses contain their own curative properties.
