I know — you (and I) have said it all our lives, “I love spaghetti and meatballs, but if there was just a way to eat this with my hands without looking like a maniac, my life would finally be perfect, and everything I ever dreamed of would come true and, in fact, the man/woman of my dreams would walk through that front door, and then later Publishers Clearing House would ring my doorbell, and I would be able to quit my job and finally invent that double-rainbow maker I’ve been thinking about… IF ONLY I COULD EAT SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS WITH MY HANDS!”

Yep, that’s it. Basically, you bake your noodles in egg for ten minutes on a flat baking sheet. Then you cut them into tortilla-sized circles and fill them up with your meatballs.

You may be asking yourself, “But why?” And we say to that: Because, Duh.
