How amazing is this? The vegetarian food company, best known for its convenient frozen dinners, has announced they’re opening a restaurant with a drive-thru in Rohnert Park, California, a town just outside of San Francisco.

Even if you’re not a vegetarian, you have to admit this looks pretty good:

Personally, I’m excited that their salads, which will feature in-season vegetables. How often do you buy a salad with tomatoes that taste like rubber? Choosing in-season veggies will help keep those salads flavorful and offer great variety. They’ll start as low as $3.99. Pretty awesome.

All of their food is GMO free. Their utensil and packaging will be made of recyclable materials. Even the restaurant itself will be made from recycled wood, their tables are made from repurposed auto brake drums.

What do you think? Would you make your way out to Rohnert Park for some vegetarian goodness?
