1. Take a quick nap
If you get less than 7 hours of sleep a night, try to work in a post-work nap. Even just a few minutes of rest is reported to help boost memory. Don’t sleep too much though or else it will effect your sleep cycle.
2. Take a barefoot stroll through the grass
Remember how good this felt when you were a kid? Connect with nature even in the big city. It will help clear your mind, relax you and recharge you. Just be careful of the doggie business!
3. Get the aroma of coconut
Is there anything coconut oil can’t do? In addition to having numerous health benefits and smelling divine, coconut can be used as aromatherapy. It reportedly does things like lower blood pressure and decrease feelings of anxiety. Scoop a little coconut oil out into a mini plastic container and keep it in your desk.

5. Soak in the sun
Are you susceptible to that post-lunch itis or late afternoon slump? Head outside for a mini break and load up on vitamin D. Anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes in the sun will help boost your mood.
